The Plaza, A Fairmont Hotel New York

the exclusive amenities fulfilled all my needs for relaxation and indulgence. the service was impeccable and exceeded my high expectations. the spa and wellness centre was the perfect place for me to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. the Jacuzzi was particularly invigorating, and I enjoyed the body scrub and massage treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant served delicious food, and the in-room breakfast was a delightful way to start my day. the private facilities were a great addition, and the location advantages made exploring the city a breeze.

The only negative aspect of this hotel was a minor issue with the bar/lounge area. the service could benefit from some improvement, as the staff seemed uninterested in hearing feedback and dismissed my concern.

The room was amazing, with perfect temperature, the best bed, and a luxurious bathroom/bathtub. The staff was great. The hotel exuded classic elegance, with lavish and prompt attention from the staff. The Palm Court was especially beautiful.

I had a really really nice stay here. The room was opulent and perfect, with a very comfortable bed, I loved it. The staff was exceptional and I had a late checkout.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with Central Park and Rockefeller Center nearby. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the staff at the front desk were professional and friendly. The on-site restaurant has good food, and room service was prompt.

Our stay at The Plaza was absolutely wonderful. We were celebrating my dad's birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special. The rooms were clean and beautifully remodeled, with stunning views of Central Park. The staff, particularly Alessia at the Front Desk, were professional and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to 5th Ave and other attractions. The customer service provided by the staff, including a butler who brought milk and cookies for our son, was top-notch. The style, luxury, and attention to detail at The Plaza are worth every penny.

Everything was simply great. Stylish hotel, the staff were all cordial and informative and the location was exceptional next to central park. Immaculate room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, top-notch service. We had a bar in the reception.

Luxurious and comfortable rooms with attention to detail. Rose Bar for enjoyable entertainment. Excellent staff on check-in and throughout. The room had a perfect temperature and the bed was the best I have ever slept in. The spacious bathroom/bathtub was extremely luxurious. The hotel has a sweet smell of Gardenia. Beautiful architecture and rooms.

The location was perfect for us, with easy access to both downtown and uptown areas of this city. The hotel facilities were fantastic, particularly the fine bathroom and the delicious food hall located downstairs. the staff were so friendly and cute towards us, making us feel important and valued throughout our stay. Finally, the Eloise store located downstairs near the food court was a real highlight, adding to the fun and excitement of the trip.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

Our room had a fantastic view of the city lights, and the bathroom was luxurious with a temperature gauge in the shower. The staff were friendly and offered excellent service. The location was perfect, just a block away from the parade and all the best shopping on 5th Avenue.

Some of the chairs in the room had stains, and the hotel had a slight cigarette smell on the floor where the spa is located. The hotel felt a bit old and could use some upgrading.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Central Park and with the Apple store conveniently located across the street. The rooms are spacious and have updated amenities. Additionally, the hotel maintains its historic elegance without being pretentious.

The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing, with rude and untrained staff members who seemed more interested in socializing than attending to guests' needs.
